About Us
Our founder, Dan Strunk, has been matching people and companies since 2003 and has interviewed over 50,000 people in his career.
He spent almost a decade in a corporate recruiting role where he helped to staff cruise ships with technical staff as well as entertainers. He was ultimately managing a team of recruiters as well as the budget for the department when he left to join a large agency as a finance/accounting recruiter.
For almost 10 years Dan was consistently a top performer through his focus on relationships and fit as opposed to numbers and metrics. At the end of the day, the core belief that has guided Dan is that there is something admirable in virtually everyone and this has allowed him to bring out the best in both candidate and company.
