About Us

Our founder, Dan Strunk, has been matching people ​and companies since 2003 and has interviewed over ​50,000 people in his career.


He spent almost a decade in a corporate recruiting ​role where he helped to staff cruise ships with ​technical staff as well as entertainers. He was ​ultimately managing a team of recruiters as well as ​the budget for the department when he left to join a ​large agency as a finance/accounting recruiter.


For almost 10 years Dan was consistently a top ​performer through his focus on relationships and fit ​as opposed to numbers and metrics. At the end of ​the day, the core belief that has guided Dan is that ​there is something admirable in virtually everyone ​and this has allowed him to bring out the best in both ​candidate and company.
